Job Description Industry/ Organization Type: Construction Position Title: Safety Coordinator Working Location: Farrer Park (Walk distance from MRT) Working Hours: 6 Days, Monday – Saturday (8am – 7pm) Salary Package: Basic Salary + Project Allowances + OT + Variable Bonus Duration: Permanent Key Responsibilities Ensure all site activities comply with safety legislation, internal policies, and ISO standards (e.g., ISO 45001). Perform routine site inspections, identify workplace hazards, conduct risk evaluations, and investigate safety incidents. Develop, maintain, and oversee safety and ISO-related documentation, including procedures, risk assessments, audit records, and compliance documents. Keep safety reports, performance data, and regulatory records accurate and up to date. Create safety presentations, reports, and training resources using Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint). Coordinate safety briefings, toolbox talks, and employee safety awareness initiatives. Provide support during ISO audits and contribute to the ongoing enhancement of the company's safety management system. APPLY NOW!!! Relevant certification in Occupational Safety and Health, Environmental Health, Engineering, or a related discipline. Prior experience in the construction industry is an advantage. Proficient in Microsoft Office and experienced in preparing and managing safety documentation. Familiar with ISO-based safety management systems and audit processes. Self-motivated, organised, detail-oriented, and capable of working with minimal supervision.
