Job Description Industry/ Organization Type: Logistics Service Position Title: Finance Manager Working Location: Tuas (Walk distance from MRT) Working Hours: 5 Days; Monday – Friday (8.30am – 5.30pm) Salary Package: Basic Salary + Variable Bonus Duration: Permanent Key Responsibilities Lead, mentor, and develop the Finance team to drive high performance, accountability, and continuous professional growth. Oversee the full spectrum of finance and accounting functions, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), Fixed Assets, Cash Management, and Financial Reporting. Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, management accounts, and statutory financial statements. Lead the annual budgeting process, financial forecasting, and business planning while providing strategic financial analysis to support decision-making. Monitor financial performance, cash flow, profitability, and key financial indicators, identifying opportunities for cost optimisation and operational improvements. Establish, implement, and enhance internal controls, financial policies, and procedures to ensure compliance and safeguard company assets. Manage treasury functions, including cash flow planning, banking facilities, financing arrangements, and working capital management. Drive finance process improvements, digitalisation initiatives, and system enhancements to improve operational efficiency and reporting accuracy. Liaise with external stakeholders, including auditors, tax consultants, banks, government authorities, suppliers, and customers on finance-related matters. Lead statutory audits, tax submissions, regulatory filings, and ensure compliance with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS), Companies Act, GST regulations, and other statutory requirements. Oversee corporate governance, ISO compliance, sustainability reporting, and the proper maintenance of financial records, statutory documents, and business contracts. Support business transformation initiatives, financing activities, strategic projects, and perform other duties assigned by Management. APPLY NOW!!! Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a professional accounting qualification. Chartered Accountant qualification with membership in the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants (ISCA) is required. Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in accounting, finance, and audit, including at least 3 years in a managerial role and 3 years of audit experience. Strong knowledge of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS), Companies Act, Income Tax Act, GST regulations, corporate governance, and statutory compliance requirements. Proven experience in budgeting, financial planning, forecasting, financial reporting, treasury, cash flow management, and financial analysis. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel. Hands-on experience using accounting systems and ERP software (Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Jet Reports will be an added advantage). Strong leadership, analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to drive process improvements and support strategic business initiatives.
