Industry/ Organization Type: Manufacturer – Dairy Products Position Title: Accounts Executive Working Location: Pioneer Working Hours: 5 days (Mon to Fri: 8:45 am – 5.30pm) Salary Package: Basic Duration: Contract – 6 months Key Responsibilities Post sales invoices and ensure accurate entry in the ERP system (Navision). Process receipts, prepare collection reports, and issue cheques/TT when needed (e.g., for customer refunds or payments). Prepare daily accounts receivable (AR) reports. Send customer Statements of Account. Prepare and submit invoices to the bank for financing. Produce credit limit forecast reports to ensure adequate credit limits before delivery. Prepare debit notes and credit notes. Post purchase invoices in Navision and perform 3-way matching. Prepare daily accounts payable (AP) reports. Perform bank reconciliations. Prepare balance sheet reconciliations. Perform inventory reconciliations. Handle other ad-hoc tasks as assigned . APPLY NOW!! Diploma or Degree in Accountancy (or equivalent). At least 3 years of relevant accounting experience. Familiarity with ERP systems (Navision preferred). Strong Microsoft Office skills (especially Excel); Microsoft Dynamics knowledge is an advantage.
