Trade & Pricing Executive

Industry/ Organization Type: Freight Forwarding/ Warehousing Position Title: Trade & Pricing Executive Working Location: Cecil Street Working Hours: 5 Days , Monday – Friday ( 9am – 6pm) Salary Package: Basic Salary + Performance Bonus Duration: Permanent Role Responsibilities Prepare accurate pricing/quotations for international shipments by coordinating rates, surcharges, and service scope with overseas agents and partners. Support IOR/ EOR operations, ensuring shipments are arranged in line with import/ export requirements and customer instructions. Manage trade documentation (e.g., shipping documents and related declarations) to ensure completeness, accuracy, and timely submission. Liaise with overseas agents, service providers, and internal teams to confirm operational details, timelines, and cost components. Track and maintain pricing and operational records, ensuring data is properly updated for reference and audit purposes. Assist in resolving pricing or shipment processing issues by coordinating corrective actions with relevant stakeholders. APPLY NOW!! Minimum Diploma in International Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related discipline. Prior experience in logistics, freight forwarding, pricing, or trade operations is an added advantage. Knowledge with IOR/ EOR processes and international trade regulations (APAC) is a plus. Comfortable handling pricing discussions and negotiations with overseas partners.
