Industry/ Organization Type: Manufacturing & Production Position Title: Product Market Manager (APAC) / Product & Solutions Manager – APAC Working Location: Woodlands Working Hours: 5 days, Monday – Friday (9am – 6pm) Salary Package: Basic + Transport A llowance + Variable Bonus Duration: Permanent Role Key Responsibilities Drive business growth across APAC by connecting market needs, product strategy, solution development, and sales execution. Act as the product and market expert for assigned countries, verticals, and product portfolios. Work closely with sales, engineering, marketing, suppliers, and HQ teams to support regional growth. Study market trends, competitors, customer needs, and new business opportunities across APAC. Translate customer challenges into product requirements and practical solution ideas. Provide market feedback to support product roadmap planning and regional customization. Work with sales, application engineers, and HQ teams on key customer projects and complex opportunities. Support solution development involving cameras, lenses, lighting, software, and related products. Manage assigned product portfolios and identify product gaps or improvement areas. Support regional product positioning, pricing, and growth initiatives. Manage 3rd-party product portfolios, suppliers, sourcing, pricing, and documentation. Ensure product information, marketing materials, sales tools, and training support are available. Support sales teams with product knowledge, value messaging, and customer presentations. Join customer discussions, workshops, campaigns, product launches, and events. Track launch performance and provide feedback for improvement. Perform other duties as assigned by management. APPLY NOW!!! Degree in Engineering, Science, Technology, or related field. At least 5 years of experience in product marketing, sales, application engineering, or similar roles. Experience in market, competitive, or business intelligence is preferred. Experience in machine vision, computer vision, factory automation, or robotics is an advantage. Strong problem-solving, project management, and organizational skills. Able to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Good communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills. Willing to travel within the APAC region when required. Proficient in Microsoft Office.
