Purchasing & Inventory Executive

Industry/ Organization Type: Manufacturing (Food Ingredients) Position Title: Purchasing & Inventory Executive Working Location: MacPherson (walking distance from MRT) Working Hours: Monday - Friday (8.30AM – 5.00PM) Salary Package: Salary up to $35 00 + AWS Duration: Permanent Key Responsibilities Support the Purchasing and Inventory Manager and cover duties during their absence. Monitor purchase orders, shipments, and ensure timely arrival of goods. Liaise with suppliers and freight forwarders on orders and shipping schedules. Maintain accurate SAP records: receiving items, stock adjustments, repacking, and updating product labels. Conduct inventory checks and resolve discrepancies with the warehouse team. Prepare monthly reports, clearance lists, marine cargo insurance declarations, and ETA schedules. Conduct inventory checks and resolve discrepancies with the warehouse. Prepare monthly clearance lists and reports for management review. Manage SAP adjustments for stock movements, repacking, and non-sales items. Assist with year-end stock take and update stock counts (may require overtime with compensatory off). Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned APPLY NOW!! 3 – 5 years ’ experience in Purchasing and Inventory management. Proficient in SAP, Incoterms, and MS Office (Excel intermediate). Experience in the food industry is an advantage.
