Accounts Assistant & Bookkeeper

Responsibilities Record all data entries for accounts and sales/operations departments Vendors and inventories entries Assist to handle AP, AR, Bank Reconciliation Knowledge of full set accounting procedures an advantage Filing and general administration duties Office administration duties & basic HR matters Requirement Minimum ‘O’ level & higher and related accounting qualification Minimum1-2 years working experience in freight forwarding industry Mature and have good communication and interpersonal skills, confident and meticulous Able to work under pressure and in a fast paced environment and multi-task Possess good working attitude willing to learn Must be able to start work immediately
