What the day will look like Working closely with product owners to understand initiatives and support the onboarding and platform maintenance for tenants of the platform Understand the needs and challenge stakeholders in requirements, doing preliminary analysis to drive best practices and translating requirements into technical deliverables Assisting technical product owner with strategy assessment and development Managing development backlog through project management tools Defining sprint requirements and project management through to delivery Managing communications with project resources, IT and disparate local business units Co-ordinating and driving strategy with enterprise systems, IT, systems design and development ensuring trace ability and quality against business requirements specifications Conducting training of internal teams to ensure effective use of new processes and systems Understand risk, privacy and compliance requirements to ensure delivery minimizes risk exposure How this opportunity is different Aon’s breadth of product offerings and global reach give us access to information providing a unique opportunity to build lasting and differentiating innovations for clients. The platform owner will work with global stakeholders to understand their product development needs in support of the Human Capital analytics strategy. It is expected that the colleague has a background in the combination of analytics & technology-related discipline with significant stakeholder management experience. Skills and experience that will lead to success University degree, preferably in a data analytics or technical program Minimum eight years’ experience in roles that touch all of analytics, technology and stakeholder management Strong skills in SQL, Excel Python and experience in managing complex modern web application software projects Proven track record in product development with recognized analysis, planning and activity execution Insightful and analytical to foresee new business needs arising from projects Collaborative, team player, organized, goal-oriented, committed and ability to solve business problems Naturally inquisitive with effective reasoning and good negotiation/influencing skills Good organizational awareness Strong written and interpersonal communication skills Understanding of project management processes and controls and agile projects Results driven and accountable for results #LI-HT1 2581714
