Job Description Key Responsibilities: Drive new business development by engaging with clients and building a strong sales pipeline Work closely with clients to understand requirements and convert opportunities into successful deals Manage end-to-end sales lifecycle, including proposals, SOW preparation, and invoicing as per the internal processes Collaborate with internal teams to prepare delivery teams aligned with client requirements Develop and deliver high-quality presentations and proposals to clients Leverage AI tools to improve productivity and reduce manual effort across sales and operational activities Maintain strong client relationships and ensure smooth communication throughout the engagement Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in business, Management, or related field from reputed universities. 2–5 years of prior experience in sales or business development Strong client-facing and communication skills Proven experience in creating business proposals, SOWs, and managing sales processes Excellent presentation and PowerPoint (PPT) design skills Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including formulas, pivot tables, and macros) Exposure to using AI tools to enhance efficiency and automate tasks. Self-driven, proactive, and able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Preferred Skills: Experience in IT services or consulting environment Understanding of project delivery and staffing models Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
