Commercial Sales Associate Location: East Singapore Employment Type: Full-Time About the Company A leading provider of waste management and environmental solutions in Singapore and the Asia Pacific region, the company provides waste containers, smart recycling solutions, environmental equipment and ESG technologies. The company is seeking a motivated Sales Executive to join its commercial team. Key Responsibilities • Develop new business opportunities and grow existing customer accounts. • Prospect customers through cold calling, networking and site visits. • Prepare quotations, proposals and tenders. • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations. • Follow up on enquiries and convert opportunities into sales. • Provide excellent after-sales support and build long-term customer relationships. • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth project execution. • Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and CRM records. • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets. • Monitor market trends and competitor activities. Requirements • Diploma qualification or higher. • Minimum 1–3 years of sales experience. • Experience in the environmental, waste management, cleaning industry, cleaning equipment, facilities management or related industries is preferred. • Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills. • Self-motivated and results-oriented. • Class 3 driving licence preferred. • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
