Youth Worker (Secondary School / East ) Up to $35/hour | Approx. 30 hours/week | 3-Month Contract (Subject to Extension) My client is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Youth Worker to support secondary school students with additional needs through mentoring, casework, and student engagement programmes. Key Responsibilities Provide holistic support and mentoring to identified students. Conduct after-school academic support and engagement programmes. Build students' resilience, social-emotional competencies, and life skills. Foster a safe and positive learning environment. Work closely with teachers and the school's Case Management Team to support student development. Requirements Diploma/Degree in Counselling, Psychology, Social Work, Social Sciences, Youth Work, or related discipline. Preferably 3 years of relevant youth work, social work, counselling, or student support experience. Passionate about working with youths and supporting students with diverse needs. Working Hours Mon: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM Tue: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM Wed: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM Thu: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM Fri: 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM Work Location: Bedok / East Interested applicants are invited to submit their updated resume for consideration.
