This role sits at the intersection of HR outsourcing operations, contract staffing recruitment operations, projects, and client management. You'll play a key role in ensuring operational excellence while supporting the successful delivery of workforce solutions for our clients. Depending on your experience, your primary focus may be in HR outsourcing operations, contract staffing recruitment operations, or a combination of both. What you'll be doing Manage HR outsourcing operations and/or contract staffing operations to ensure smooth day-to-day service delivery. Support recruitment operations for high-volume contract staffing projects, including manpower planning, candidate fulfilment, onboarding coordination, deployment, and workforce management. Manage operational projects from planning through implementation and completion. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, building strong relationships through responsive and reliable service. Prepare and coordinate tender submissions, proposals, and supporting documentation. Monitor operational performance, identify process gaps, and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and service quality. Work closely with recruitment, sales, payroll, HR, and business support teams to ensure seamless execution of client requirements. Support workforce planning, reporting, compliance, and operational governance across projects. Lead, coach, and develop team members while fostering a collaborative and accountable working environment. What we're looking for Experience in HR outsourcing operations, contract staffing recruitment operations, project management, or a combination of these areas. Understanding of high-volume contract staffing operations, including recruitment fulfilment, onboarding, and workforce coordination, will be an advantage. Experience preparing tenders and supporting business proposals is essential. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. A practical, hands-on approach with excellent problem-solving and stakeholder management skills. Team leadership or supervisory experience is advantageous.
