Job Description: Peform general office administrative work Updating of ecommerce online products Updating of stocks number in excel spreadsheet Scheduling drivers for delivery Messaging Customers and Suppliers Picking, checking, packing and labeling goods Organising products to ensure it is accessible and easy to find Any other ad-hoc duties assigned Job Requirements: Proficient in Microsoft Office Excel or Google Spreadsheet Interest in video-editing, media production and digital marketing Able to read and write in English Able to work for long term 9am to 12pm (Mon to Fri) Reasons to join us Good performers may be groomed into content production apprentices, get to learn hands-on skills in video-editing, content production and digital marketing from our in-house team.
