(Assistant) Nurse Clinician

Remain calm under pressure and rapidly evolving situations Are willing to roll up your sleeves and support your team when needed Value collaborative and multidisciplinary work to deliver holistic resident care You will be responsible for: Timely recognition, escalation, and management of clinical deterioration and emergencies Supporting residents and families through education, counselling and decision-making Promoting safety, caring and dignified environments where residents can live well Reviewing and overseeing clinical assessments, care plans and documentation Leading clinical audits, incident reviews and quality improvement initiatives Promoting medication safety, infection prevention and resident safety Championing person-centred and evidence-based clinical care Serving as a clinical expert and role model Ensure quality, continuity and compliance What matters most Clinical expertise in elderly and dementia care is essential. We want to hear from you if you are that unique person who thrives on challenges and problem solving is energized and passionate about making a meaningful difference is driven by meaningful work in an area that actually matters brings 10 years’ experience in LTC (preferred) as Assistant Nurse Clinician or equivalent, or 5to 8 years’ experience in acute care with exposure to geriatrics/community care
