About this role

This position is responsible for managing the delivery of client projects across APEX’s service lines, including Events, Media, Digital, and Creatives. This role focuses on execution excellence, coordination and ensuring projects are managed well, delivered on time and within scope. This role works closely with internal teams and supports client communications related to project management. You will also supports pitch preparation and presentation, particularly on delivery approach, timelines, resourcing, and execution planning, working closely with leadership. Job Description: Own assigned projects from kickoff to completion, ensuring timelines, scope, and deliverables are clearly managed. Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution and quality delivery. Understand client business goals and challenges; proactively propose APEX solutions to meet those needs. Lead and manage integrated camapigns or projects which requires multiple creative services for clients. Monitor project progress, budgets, and timelines; escalate risks early. Manage day-to-day client communication on project management or delivery matters. Manage delivery-related client communications, including updates, timelines, and clarification of requirements. Set realistic expectations and flag risks early, escalate delivery or resourcing conflicts when needed. Development and execution of business proposals, pitches, and presentations for potential clients or tenders. Maintain up-to-date project plans and status updates. Acts as the central point of coordination and enforcement for project timelines, handovers, and delivery quality across all teams. Provide input on project updates, improvements and client insights to leadership. Provide consistent reports and updates to leadership for all projects weekly. Requirements: Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field. 3–5 years of experience in project management or delivery roles within an agency or similar fast-paced environment. Prior exposure to events, media production, digital marketing, or creative projects. Ability to adapt and be initiative at managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Strong documenting skills with excellent attention to detail. Self-motivated, dedicated, hands-on and willing to go extra mile. Able to coordinate teams without relying on positional authority. Excellent written and verbal communication skills Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritise effectively. Result focused and outcome-driven, with the ability to anticipate roadblocks and adjust plans accordingly. Ability to anticipate roadblocks and pivot when necessary (to think out of the box)
