🚀 This Role Is NOT for Everyone We are looking for high-performing beauty sales professionals who thrive on targets, commissions, and closing premium packages. 🎯 Your Mission Close premium skincare & spa packages Achieve minimum monthly sales targets (up to $100K) Build loyal, repeat clientele Drive consistent revenue growth Deliver a top-tier consultation experience 💎 Your Responsibilities Conduct in-depth skincare consultations Recommend bespoke treatment and product solutions Maintain exceptional service standards Build strong client relationships and retention Support boutique presentation and brand image 🧠 We Want Minimum 1 year beauty / spa sales experience Proven sales track record Confident and persuasive communicator Resilient, target-driven mindset 🌿 Ideal Candidate Experienced in luxury beauty or spa retail Polished, professional, and well-groomed Strong communication and interpersonal skills Passionate about skincare and client care ⏰ Working Hours 5 Days per Week 44 hours per week Shift basis: 10:00am – 7:00pm 11:00am – 8:00pm Includes weekends & public holidays 💰 Compensation Base Salary: $3,500 – $4,500 (based on experience & performance) Uncapped Personal Commission (up to 22% structure) KPI Bonuses Performance Incentives 💎 High performers enjoy strong monthly earning potential with no commission cap. 📍 Work Locations (Rotational Assignment) Ngee Ann City/ Wisma Atria/ Perennial Business City/ Chinatown Point/ Bedok Mall (Location will be assigned based on operational requirements.)
