Maid Agency Consultant

Job Summary You will manage customer inquiries, coordinate interviews, process documentation, liaise with authorities and partners, provide after-sales support, and maintain accurate records to ensure smooth placement of domestic helpers. Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries and recommend suitable domestic helpers based on client needs Coordinate and schedule interviews between employers and domestic helpers to facilitate hiring decisions Process required documentation and assist with work permit applications to ensure compliance Liaise with relevant authorities and overseas partners to coordinate placements and resolve issues Provide after-sales support by addressing and resolving customer concerns promptly Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customers and domestic helpers for operational efficiency Preferred competencies and qualifications Demonstrate good communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients and partners Work independently and collaboratively within a team to meet operational goals Previous experience in a maid agency is advantageous but not required; training will be provided Exhibit a positive attitude and customer-oriented approach to enhance client satisfaction
