Assistant Installation Supervisor

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Lead and manage a team of installation technicians, providing guidance and support to ensure successful installations. Plan and organize installation projects, including scheduling, resource allocation, and equipment procurement, to meet customer expectations and project deadlines. Ensure that all installations meet industry standards and quality guidelines and perform inspections to guarantee proper functioning of equipment. Implement and enforce safety protocols to protect the installation team during installations, ensuring adherence to WSH and industry safety standards. Provide training and mentorship to installation technicians to enhance their skills and knowledge in the field. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during installations, including equipment malfunctions and unforeseen obstacles. Monitor project budgets and expenses, ensuring cost-effective installation solutions while maintaining quality. REQUIREMENTS: Candidates must possess at least a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering / Electrical Engineering. Candidates must have at least 5-8 years of experience in technical service management. Candidates with experience in commercial foodservice industry would be an added advantage.
