Knowledge to understand process sensitivity and key process knobs. Customer Engagement Ability to establish credibility as a trusted technical advisor to customers. Strong communication skills to understand customer requirements and align solutions with business objectives. Program and Project Management Experience in understanding of Statements of Work (SOWs), project schedules, milestones, and resource plans. Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders across Product Development, Engineering, Service, and Customer organizations. Strong execution focus with the ability to drive commitments and deliver results. 4. Technical Excellence Deliver measurable improvements in system performance, process monitoring ability Lead root-cause analysis and resolution of critical customer issues for one of the applications ( CVD/PVD/Etch) Establish and institutionalize best practices and application methodologies. 5.
