Manufacturing Operations Manager(2nd Shift)

Supervise production and operation functions including assembly, inspection, and testing for capital equipment and systems. Manage production schedules, performance metrics, and employee development while ensuring safety and quality compliance. Requires the ability to perform physical tasks in a manufacturing environment, including working in clean rooms with PPE. Must possess leadership skills to manage personnel and the technical judgment to resolve operational problems.
