Customer Engineer

Serve as the direct liaison with customers to install, maintain, and upgrade semiconductor and display manufacturing equipment. Perform preventative and corrective maintenance across electrical, vacuum, mechanical, and plasma systems while ensuring customer satisfaction. Requires the ability to perform physically demanding tasks in a clean room environment using personal protective equipment. Candidates must be able to diagnose technical problems, read circuit diagrams, and follow strict safety and IP guidelines.
