Manager, Operations Management (1st Shift)

Lead and develop a team of production employees while managing daily schedules, priorities, and operational meetings. Drive continuous improvement through Lean, Safety, and Quality initiatives to optimize production capacity and cycle time. Requires strong managerial leadership and technical expertise to oversee manufacturing operations and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. Must be able to manage performance, conduct technical presentations, and coordinate across various levels of manufacturing.
