Production Assistant

Job Summary You will solder electronic components onto printed circuit boards and build wire harnesses by cutting, stripping, and soldering wires. You will read drawings and follow verbal instructions to ensure quality work and perform other duties as assigned. Responsibilities Solder electronic components onto printed circuit boards to meet quality standards Inspect solder joints manually to ensure proper quality and reliability Build wire harnesses by cutting, stripping, and soldering wires accurately Read technical drawings and interpret verbal instructions to complete tasks correctly Perform additional ad-hoc duties assigned by management or supervisors Preferred competencies and qualifications Demonstrate good eye-hand coordination to handle delicate soldering tasks Maintain a positive attitude and show willingness to learn new skills and processes
