HR Cum Admin

Looking for HR cum Admin Handle payroll process including CPF / IR8A / IR21 submissions and tax calculation Handle work pass application, renewal, cancellation processes for foreigners (WPOL & EPOL) Interview potential candidates and / or coordinate recruitment process with hiring managers Handle new hires on-boarding Administer leave records, medical claims and other expenses claims Handle Government surveys and e-submission of claims such as government paid maternity, childcare leave and national service Prepare employment contracts, HR letters and correspondences as required Maintain and update employees files and particulars Other duties as necessary Diploma / Degree in Human Resource Management Minimum 2 years of relevant experience Well versed with Employment Act Able to multi-task and work in fast-paced environment Good interpersonal & communication skills Able to start work immediately. if keen please contact me at WhatsApp 92340784 Lee Ling Ling EAP/ CEI number is R25159013 EA/ Licence No : 17C8673
