Accountant Executive

Account Executive JD ⁠• Handle daily accounting and bookkeeping activities • Process Accounts Payable (supplier invoices and payments) • Manage Accounts Receivable (customer invoicing and collections) • Prepare payment vouchers and process reimbursements • Perform bank reconciliation and account balancing • Maintain general ledger and accurate financial records • Assist in monthly and year-end financial closing • Prepare basic financial reports and statements • Support GST / tax filing and compliance requirements • Verify financial documents and ensure proper documentation • Liaise with auditors, suppliers, and internal departments • Monitor cash flow and outstanding payments • Update accounting data in accounting software (e.g., Xero, SAP, QuickBooks and MYOB) • Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards Working hours Monday -Friday 9am-6pm Location Trivex tai Seng if keen please sent ur cv, expected salary and notice period to whatsapp ling 92340784 Lee Ling Ling EAP/ CEI number is R25159013 EA/ Licence No : 17C8673
