As an Accountant, you’ll play an essential role in supporting the Finance department by ensuring accurate financial records and smooth accounting operations. You’ll be responsible for maintaining the general ledger, preparing daily journals, performing account reconciliations, supporting month-end closing processes, and managing inventory accounting activities. Working closely with Finance and other hotel departments, you’ll ensure financial transactions are accurately recorded and reported in accordance with hotel policies, accounting standards, and internal controls. Through your attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and commitment to accuracy, you’ll contribute to effective financial management and support the hotel’s operational success. Job Description & Requirements As the Accountant, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards: Assist the superior to deal with monthly statement, ensure the voucher is correctly included in the account. Ensure all reports are completed correctly and on time. Prepare weekly bank reconciliation. Review travel agent commission payments and ensure compliance with Hilton standards. Review the adjustment and certification of food and beverage control. Ensure timely payment of taxes. Adjust all General Ledger accounts and update supporting documents. Prepare financial statements as required by the owner company. Be familiar with all accounting policies and procedures to ensure they comply with the SOP. Perform any other reasonable duties and duties as assigned. In addition, this role requires the following minimum qualifications: At least 3 years of working experience as General Ledger or higher in the hospitality industry. Professional accounting qualification. Mature and reliable person. Previous experience in a managerial operational accounting role. Fluent in written and spoken English to meet business needs.
