Contracts Manager (Tender)

Our client is one of Singapore’s leading A1 construction firms which has a strong construction portfolio in government and private sector projects. In view of recent expansion plan, they are looking for a Contracts Manager to take charge of tender matters for large-scale building projects. Job Description: Lead the tendering process from inception to completion, ensuring the submission of high-quality and competitive proposals. Develop and implement tender strategies aligned with organizational objectives. Conduct market analysis to identify potential opportunities and threats. Collaborate with key stakeholders to outline bid strategies and win themes. Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure technical content accuracy and relevance. Manage the creation of compelling written and visual content. Identify and assess potential risks associated with tender submissions. Develop risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and subcontractors. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather necessary information. Work closely with the finance team to develop accurate cost estimates. Ensure compliance with budgetary constraints and financial guidelines. Participate in debrief sessions to gather feedback from clients. Analyze tender outcomes and share insights for continuous improvement. Requirements: Min Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying / Civil Engineering / Construction Management or relevant field Possesses at least 10 - 15 years of A1 contractor QS experience (project value >$100m) Demonstrates strong technical competence and excellent time management skills Confident individual with excellent interpersonal skills in leading a team.
