Job Summary The full-time Site Project Manager will support the Architect in managing project execution and daily site operations to deliver upgrading works on time, within budget, and to quality and safety standards, minimizing inconvenience to residents. Responsibilities Manage and coordinate site activities to deliver upgrading works, project phases, and overall project within approved timelines and budgets Ensure all construction works meet specified quality standards and project requirements Implement and monitor safety protocols to maintain a safe work environment and minimize disruption to residents Collaborate closely with the Architect to align project management objectives and resolve site issues promptly Oversee daily operations on site to ensure smooth progress and compliance with regulatory and contractual obligations Required competencies and certifications Hold a degree in Architecture, Civil, Structural, Electrical, Mechanical, Environmental Engineering, Building Science, Project Management, Construction Management, or related construction and engineering fields recognized by Singapore’s Board of Architects, Professional Engineering Board, or Building and Construction Authority. Possess a minimum of 5 years of relevant post-graduate experience in the building construction industry, preferably involving HDB projects, or at least 3 years of relevant post-graduate project management experience
