We're not looking for someone who knows all the tools. We're looking for someone who knows how to make people stop scrolling. Responsibilities Create short-form videos, written posts, and long-form content tailored for TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube to engage target audiences Develop content that drives measurable leads by aligning each post with specific marketing goals before publishing Generate and test creative ideas rapidly, analyze performance data, and focus on high-impact content to optimize engagement Monitor current social media trends and apply them strategically to create original, trend-setting content rather than simply reposting Collaborate with team members to ensure content aligns with overall growth objectives and brand messaging What you bring to the table Maintain a portfolio or social media page showcasing original content that demonstrates creativity and audience engagement Write compelling captions, titles, and openers that capture attention and encourage continued reading or viewing Comfortable producing content behind the scenes Adaptable schedule to balance work with school, family, or other commitments Other Information Pay: $12.00 / hr Schedule: Fully flexible to accommodate school, family, or other life commitments Experience: Portfolio valued over formal degree
