Job Summary We are seeking a motivated Telemarketer to engage prospective clients by phone, introduce financial planning services, qualify prospects, and schedule appointments for Financial Consultants using company leads and CRM tools. Responsibilities Contact prospective clients using company-provided leads to generate interest in financial planning services Introduce the company’s financial planning services, educational workshops, and client events clearly and persuasively Assess customers’ needs to qualify prospects effectively for follow-up Arrange appointments for Financial Consultants to meet client needs Follow up with interested prospects to maintain engagement and support conversion Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of calls and appointments in the company’s CRM system Achieve individual and team appointment targets while ensuring high service quality Comply with company policies on data protection and regulatory requirements Preferred competencies and qualifications Demonstrate excellent telephone etiquette to create positive client interactions Apply strong listening and communication skills to understand and respond to client needs Exhibit a customer service mindset to enhance client satisfaction Show self-motivation and results orientation to meet targets consistently Manage time and organise tasks efficiently to handle multiple leads and appointments Display resilience and perseverance to overcome challenges in telemarketing Other Information Benefits Performance incentives linked to individual achievements Comprehensive onboarding and training programs Career development opportunities within the company Supportive team environment fostering collaboration Medical benefits where applicable Annual leave and statutory benefits as per Employment Act Convenient office location near Tai Seng MRT Working Hours Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Salary S$2,500 – S$3,500 per month plus additional performance incentives and appointment bonuses
