We design, install, and maintain high-performance solar PV systems across Singapore, delivering end-to-end solutions from feasibility studies to commissioning and ongoing maintenance. About the Role We're seeking a certified Licensed Electrical Worker (minimum Grade 7) to leadthe electrical design, compliance, and grid-connection aspects of our solar PVprojects. You'll be the technical authority ensuring all installations meet SPPowerGrid requirements, EMA regulations, and SS638 standards — from residentialrooftops to commercial & industrial installations. Key Responsibilities Design & Compliance • Review and approve electrical single-line diagrams, AC/DC cabling layouts,and protection coordination for solar PV systems • Ensure designs comply with SS638, SS530, and EMA/SP guidelines forgrid-connected embedded generators • Calculate earthing requirements, cable sizing, and breaker coordination forLV installations up to 1000V Grid Connection & Regulatory • Prepare and submit grid-connection applications (G99/G98 equivalent such as Micro-SolarApplication & Connection of Distributed Energy Resources (DER)) to SPPowerGrid • Liaise with SP PowerGrid, EMA, and BCA on electrical licensing, inspections,and turn-on approvals • Obtain and manage necessary electrical installation licences andproject-specific permits Site Oversight & Safety • Supervise electrical teams on-site, ensuring safe isolation procedures andlock-out/tag-out protocols • Conduct pre-energization inspections, insulation resistance testing, andpolarity verification • Issue Certificates of Compliance (COC) and Safety Certificates upon projectcompletion Commissioning & Handover • Witness and validate protection relay settings, anti-islanding tests, andpower quality measurements • Coordinate with SCADA/monitoring teams…
