Uphold the nightclub's policies and procedures, including age and dress code requirements. Provide information about drink specials, promotions, and entertainment events to guests. Requirements: Prior experience in a customer service or hospitality role preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Willingness to work late nights, weekends, and holidays as required. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods. Must be at least 21 years of age or older. Knowledge of responsible alcohol service practices is a plus.
