Job Summary Join a Singapore-based boutique public equities fund focused on long-biased value investing. Drive capital growth by leveraging your network and working autonomously with the founding team in a performance-aligned role. Responsibilities Develop and execute strategies to engage high-net-worth individuals, family offices, and investors to increase assets under management (AUM) Secure capital commitments for a high-conviction, long-biased value investment fund Collaborate independently with the founding team to align fundraising efforts with business goals Manage investor relationships to deliver measurable capital introduction outcomes Operate effectively in a lean, high-accountability environment to support fund growth Preferred competencies and qualifications Demonstrated success in fundraising or capital introduction for investment funds Established network of HNW individuals, family offices, or investors in Singapore/Asia Proven relationship management experience with measurable outcomes Entrepreneurial mindset with self-motivation and adaptability in dynamic settings Other Information Compensation: Competitive base salary plus performance-linked revenue share tied to capital raised, designed to scale with the fund’s growth.
