About this role
1. Project & Operational Management -Oversee multiple security systems integration projects from planning to completion -Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget -Develop and implement operational plans, workflows, and resource allocation strategies -Monitor project progress and address any operational or technical issues 2. Systems Integration Oversight -Manage the installation and integration of security systems including CCTV, access control, intrusion detection, and related technologies -Ensure proper coordination between construction teams, subcontractors, and technical specialists -Validate system design, installation standards, and commissioning processes 3. Stakeholder & Client Coordination -Serve as the main point of contact for clients, consultants, and contractors -Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and site teams to align deliverables -Conduct regular meetings and provide project updates to stakeholders 4. Compliance & Quality Assurance -Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, safety standards, and ISO guidelines -Implement quality control procedures and conduct site inspections -Ensure proper documentation, testing, and handover processes 5. Team Leadership & Resource Management -Lead, mentor, and manage operations and technical teams -Plan manpower requirements and manage subcontractors/vendors -Foster a high-performance and safety-focused work culture 6. Budget & Cost Control -Manage operational budgets and track project costs -Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality -Approve procurement of materials and services related to projects 7. Continuous Improvement -Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity -Implement best practices in project execution and system integration -Support digitalization and automation initiatives where applicable Requirements 1. Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Information Technology, or related field 2. Possess minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in operational management, which include logistics, Surveillance Equipment including installation, testing and commissioning, inventory management. 3. Experience in an operation role in a technology or rapid growing local company. 4. Strong analytical problem-solving skills to provide with effective solutions. 5. Good communication, good planning, forecasting work flow, foresight in forecasting and coordination. 6. Competent in managing resources, manpower process improvements and knowledge in generating reports and presentation skills. 7. Able to interact effectively with the various departments to organize resources within the Company to meet its business needs. 8. Ability to multi-task and manage daily operations. 9. Able to use Microsoft Office suites and tech savvy.
