Security Operations Supervisor (Sos)

Job Description: Responsible for daily supervision of the Data Centre Security Team (DCST). To ensure that DCST carry out and fulfil all specified tasks as issued through the site Security Operations Manager (SOM) Actively monitor, review and record daily performance of all security teams, identifying areas for improved operational effectiveness and staff engagement Drive the development of an excellent security culture, leading by example, setting standards (dress, deportment etc), whilst displaying passion and enthusiasm for the role Issue site security management with operational reports as requested or on a routine basis Track and provide a daily and weekly shift updates to SOM including significant operational events and requirements, team meetings, communications, logistics, DCST officers interviews conducted, and training completed Lead and support the security team during all operations, incident escalation and response. Ensure all security posts are manned in line with the global standards guarding model Be prepared to provide support and relief to posts where required The SOS will have primary responsibility for ensuring that vendor Post Orders (POs) are carried out to the highest standard, ensuring that the requirements as outlined in the POs are adhered to. Ensure that all incidents, emergencies and site issues (welfare, logistics, communication, EH&S etc) are reported, escalated and managed in compliance with site standards Oversee a functioning documented shift handover process verbally and via email for operational effectiveness using a shared documentation management system Oversee a functioning documented post-handover at the Guardhouse, Reception and SOC Ensure that any operational observations that are identified are actioned and followed up on in a timely manner Ensure that all security personnel adhere to global uniform standards Job Requirements: Possess a valid PRD License with a minimum PWM rank of Senior Security Supervisor Monitor and Review Security Operations certified 1 notification available Location: West Area Working Hours: Shift Roster: 4 days work week, off days will depend on roster Rotating Day & Night Shift If you meet the above requirements and are interested in joining our team, please apply.
