General Cleaner/Assistant - Workshop

Location: Enterprise Hub, 48 Toh Guan Road East Salary: $1,800/month Employment type: Full-time, 5-day week (Mon to Fri) Suitable for: Mature workers welcome; no prior experience required, training provided About the role We are a custom picture framing, fine art printing, and art restoration workshop. Cleanliness in our environment is not cosmetic: dust, offcuts, and debris directly affect print quality, glass clarity, and the condition of customer artwork. This role keeps our production space clean, safe, and organised. Responsibilities Daily sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping of workshop floors, with particular attention to dust control around the printing and framing areas Cleaning of glass and acrylic sheets before glazing, and wiping down of work benches, cutting tables, and machinery surfaces Clearing and disposing of production waste: mat board offcuts, timber moulding ends, packaging materials, and general refuse, including sorting recyclables Maintaining the pantry, toilet, and common areas Restocking cleaning supplies and consumables, and informing the supervisor when stock runs low Assisting with periodic deep cleans and reorganisation of storage racks Ad-hoc support such as receiving deliveries and simple errands within the building Requirements Able to perform physical work including standing, bending, and light lifting (up to 10kg) Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working independently after training Basic spoken English or Mandarin sufficient for workplace instructions Singapore Citizen or PR [we don't have quota]
