Project Manager (High Rise Building Project)

Responsibilities: Lead the project team in the delivery of the High Rise Building project . Manage budgets, timelines, and resources to deliver projects on schedule Plan and coordinate all aspects of the construction process. Liaise with clients, consultants, and authorities to ensure project requirements are met. Ensure compliance with BCA, MOM, and client specifications Management of the construction project in order to meet the construction timeline with cost efficiency without compromising quality and safety. Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, or a related field. Minimum 8 years of experience in completed HDB or large projects (from inception to completion) as Project Manager, preferably with an A1 main contractor. Strong leadership, communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills. Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure. Ability to understand all aspects of construction projects effectively and efficiently including, but not limited to budgeting, and scheduling in order to fully understand project implications Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to successfully communicate with client, management and to the team members Strong organizational and time management skills Through knowledge of legal issues and safety standards is essential Able to adapt and prioritize, meeting deadlines, in a fast-paced environment Effective time management and logical decision-making ability Capacity to handle pressure To view more roles within the Construction & Engineering | Project Management Sector please visit our LinkedIn page @ Artemis Executive Solutions.
