Operation & Business Executive

We are looking for a dedicated and organized individual to join our Atelier. You will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth daily operations of our brand, from managing retail experiences to coordinating production and corporate projects follow up. This is a role for someone who appreciates natural fragrances and thrives in a refined, hands-on environment. Job Scope & Responsibilities Atelier & Retail Operations: Manage daily operations, ensuring the atelier, display shelves, and backroom are always clean, inviting, and reflective of our brand standards. Customer Experience: Ensure every visitor enjoys a delightful and informative experience, sharing our passion for natural fragrances. B2B & Stockist Coordination: Maintain professional communication with our valued stockists and corporate clients. Handle inquiries and ensure orders are processed smoothly. Order Fulfilment: Swiftly and meticulously pack all online and corporate orders with a high level of care. Inventory & Production Support: Facilitate efficient stock replenishment and product preparation to keep our atelier brimming. Administrative & Ad-hoc Support: Provide essential administrative support including quotations, proposals and tackle other adhoc tasks assigned by the manager to support business growth. Digital Savvy (Plus): Familiar with social media to capture aesthetic, behind-the-scenes Stories or Reels.
