The Opportunity Lead contribution to design projects, taking ownership of key workstreams with a high degree of autonomy. Ensure quality and accuracy of deliverables, while providing technical guidance and constructive feedback to others. Support senior leaders in complex analysis, design development, and technical problem-solving. Prepare high-quality specifications, proposals, reports, and presentations, delivered to agreed timelines. Represent the team in external forums and actively support capability development, compliance, and quality standards. Relevant tertiary qualification in Architecture or a related discipline. Demonstrated industry experience across buildings, interiors, façade, or sustainability design,with proven project delivery exposure. Advanced proficiency in digital design tools (Rhino/Grasshopper, Revit, SketchUp, AutoCAD). Strong communication and report-writing skills, with the ability to influence and engage a wide range of stakeholders. Proactive, organised, and strategic thinker, with a continuous improvement mindset and commitment to best practice.
