Job Summary Lead store operations to achieve full P&L accountability, ensuring brand compliance, exceptional customer service, and profitable sales growth through strategic team leadership and operational excellence. Responsibilities Lead customer service by greeting and assisting customers to uphold brand and company standards Analyze sales data to identify growth opportunities at department and store levels Collaborate with department teams to support local sales initiatives and maximize revenue Monitor competitor activities and identify store-level opportunities to enhance market position Drive sales metrics including conversion rates, average basket size, and units per transaction Plan and schedule store staffing based on sales trends and operational needs Implement store standards and commercial events to enhance customer experience and sales Ensure product presentation aligns with brand guidelines and enhances customer awareness Benchmark store visual merchandising against competitors to maintain an aspirational environment Enforce SOP compliance in stock management including receiving, cycle counts, transfers, and returns Support operations team to replenish best-selling products efficiently Review sales performance of top and bottom selling items to optimize stock options Identify risks in stock management processes and initiate corrective actions Model excellent service behaviors and foster a customer satisfaction culture Address customer complaints promptly focusing on resolution and satisfaction Collect and analyze customer feedback to drive continuous service improvements Integrate service training into staff development to maintain high service standards Analyze Mystery Shop reports to identify service gaps and implement improvement plans Ensure legal compliance in store operations and train employees accordingly Conduct store self-assessment audits and develop action plans based on findings Maintain a safe trading environment through regular health and safety risk assessments Report and resolve store maintenance issues promptly Train section managers to competently manage duty roles and major incidents Enforce cash management procedures and security controls among cashiers Conduct regular security checks on stockroom and shop floor to mitigate risks Strategically deploy staff to prevent theft and protect stock Maintain vigilance against shoplifting and report irregularities immediately Implement company policies for staff management and support management team initiatives Collaborate with HR Business Partner to develop succession plans and maintain staffing levels Engage employees to promote effective communication and involvement Develop and execute action plans from employee survey feedback to improve workplace culture Manage performance development processes including career and succession planning Set SMART objectives and monitor individual development plans for direct reports Partner with HR Business Partner to ensure training needs are met and tracked Recognize and reward employee achievements formally and informally Optimize full-time employee productivity relative to sales performance Challenge teams to meet shrinkage targets through effective stock and personnel management Develop and implement cost improvement plans to enhance operational efficiency Manage store operations rigorously to maximize profitability Required competencies and certifications Graduate Degree (explicitly required) Retail experience, preferably with fashion brands (explicitly required) Preferred competencies and qualifications Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in management roles (moved to Preferred as it is not legally or professionally mandated but supports effective performance) Strong leadership abilities with proven track record in sales and customer management Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills Other Information N/A
