Job Description: Position: QA Admin / QA Documentation Officer Well Established US Medical & Healthcare Packaging Manufacturing MNC Working Hours: Monday - Friday (8:00am – 5:15pm) Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $3,000 + $50 (Attendance Allowance) + AWS Working Location: Tuas Company Transport Provided Outpatient Medical & Dental Benefits Provided Duration: Permanent Industry: Medical & Healthcare Packaging Manufacturing MainResponsibilities: Manage and maintain company quality documents and records. Ensure all documents are accurate, up-to-date, properly controlled, and compliant with company procedures and quality standards. Support internal and external audits by preparing required documentation. Track corrective actions and follow up with relevant departments. Assist in improving documentation process and systems. Requirements: Minimum GCE “O” Level. At least 1 year of experience in document control, quality assurance, administration or a similar role. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
