IT Service Manager

Key Responsibilities: Lead the planning, delivery, and maintenance of IT services including networks, servers, and security systems. Manage and carry out the implementation and support of security technologies such as CCTV systems, access control, VMS, and real-time monitoring tools. Ensure IT compliance with industry standards such as ISO 27001, PDPA, and relevant local regulations. Drive cybersecurity strategy, monitor threats, conduct vulnerability assessments, and respond to incidents. Oversee IT asset management and lifecycle planning. Manage vendor relationships and service level agreements (SLAs). Collaborate with operations and surveillance teams to ensure seamless technology integration. Provide IT support and training to internal staff, especially frontline security personnel using tech-enabled systems. Requirements: Degree/Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Minimum 2-3 years of experience in IT service management, ideally in a security, facilities management, or operations-heavy environment. If you have worked in a security agency previously, it's a bonus! Familiarity with surveillance systems, remote access control, and cybersecurity tools (e.g., firewall, EDR, SIEM). Strong understanding of ITIL or similar frameworks. Good problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills. Bonus Points: Experience with VMS platforms, IP-based CCTV, and IoT devices.
