Senior Associate Engineer / Associate Engineer - Test Equipment

Responsibilities Manage overall project management on new equipment buyoff, installation and associated activities. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for smooth production transfer of equipment to mass production. Collaborate with machine suppliers to drive for equipment efficiency and process improvement. Work closely with PM team in establishment of effective PM system for continuous sustenance of machine and spare inventory. Identify and close gaps between different working level or parties within the company. Develop expertise to improve the assigned equipment platform, maintain and repair semiconductor process equipment. Requirements Degree / Diploma in any Engineering field with relevant hands-on experience. Knowledge and experience in handler models (Epson/Hontech-Logic/ATC/SLT/Matrix/MT9510/Castle/Chroma) will be an added advantage. Possess strong mechanical / electronics / electrical knowledge and interest. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Logical analysis / thinking and possess strong motivation to hone hands-on technical skills.
