Qhse Executive (Marine)

POSITION: QHSE EXECUTIVE (MARINE) Job Summary Lead and manage the company’s Quality, Health, Safety & Environmental Management System (QHSEMS) to ensure regulatory compliance and operational excellence in marine operations. Responsibilities Responsible for leading, facilitating and operationalizing the company's Quality, Health, Safety & Environmental Management System (QHSEMS) Reporting and technical advisor to the company's senior management for relevant QHSE regulatory compliance (ISO, ISM, ISPS, etc) Tasked to be the Management Representative for organization's QHSE certifications (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OSHAS 45001, BizSAFE, ISM, ISPS, etc.) Appointed as Designated Person Ashore (DPA) Appointed as Company Safety Officer (CSO) Member of Emergency Response Team Oversee, coordinate, and conduct internal and external QHSE audits, including ISM and ISPS inspections, as well as emergency drills during operations or while the vessel is at anchorage. In charge of QHSE incident data analytics, gaps identification and closure Liaise with the vessels in QHSE matters Liaising with Technical and Operations to co-ordinate training requirements according to STCW, SOLAS, IMO and Flag Administration requirement, organize and execute training where necessary Formulate policies, procedures and revisions within the framework of the objectives and policies Any other relevant duties as delegated by your superiors. Requirements Minimum Diploma or Degree Holder such as Nautical Studies, Maritime Operations, Marine Engineering etc. Internal Auditor Certification is an added advantage Knowledge in ISO 9001 and ISO 45001 standards is highly preferred. Proficient in MS Office including MS Words, PPT, and other applications. At least 3 year(s) of relevant working experience. Experience in off-shore marine preferred. Good problem solving, communication and interpersonal skills.
