Understand customers' needs and recommend suitable products. Demonstrate product features and benefits. Prepare quotations, invoices, and sales orders. Follow up on customer enquiries and after-sales matters. Maintain showroom cleanliness, product displays, and stock replenishment. Achieve individual and team sales targets. Work closely with colleagues to deliver excellent customer service. Requirements Positive attitude with good communication skills. Passion for sales and customer service. Responsible, honest, and willing to learn. Retail sales experience is an advantage, but applicants without experience are welcome as training will be provided.
