Job Overview: In charge of all beverage and dessert making and preparation, and cutting of fruit for daily operation Responsibilities and Duties: - To prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks consistently with company’s beverage standard. - Assist manager in the efficient running of the day-to-day operation including set up and closing of the bar counter. - Maintain bottles & glasses in a functional manner to support efficient drink preparation and promotion of beverage. - Prepare and manage all dessert orders from serving staff - Cutting and preparation of fruits - Responsible for the cleanliness of the glasses, utensils, bar equipment & station. - Take beverage orders from serving staff or directly from patrons accurately & promptly. - Assist the restocking and replenishment of bar inventory and supplies. - Arrange beverage by FIFO (FIRST IN FIRST OUT) by dates. - Adhere to hygiene and safety standards - Adhere to company’s standard operating procedures - Any other appropriate duties and responsibilities as assigned
