Staff Nurse / Enrolled Nurse

Job Summary We are seeking passionate Staff Nurses / Enrolled Nurses to join our team and advance their careers in renal nursing. You will deliver safe, high-quality patient care and contribute to the effective management of our renal centre. Responsibilities Deliver high-standard nursing care to renal patients, ensuring safe administration of prescribed therapies Educate patients on treatment plans and self-care practices to enhance patient outcomes Maintain accurate and comprehensive nursing records to support continuity of care Communicate detailed nursing reports during shift handovers to ensure seamless patient management Collaborate with clinical nurse managers to support administrative functions and centre operations Adapt to shift schedules operating Monday to Saturday, covering morning and afternoon shifts Required competencies and certifications Registration with the Singapore Nursing Board is mandatory for all applicants Preferred competencies and qualifications Willingness to undergo renal-specific training provided by the centre for candidates without prior renal experience Other Information Shift hours: Morning (6:00 am – 2:30 pm) and Afternoon (2:00 pm – 10:00 pm), Monday to Saturday Interested candidates are invited to apply online with a comprehensive and updated resume to facilitate the shortlisting process
