Responsibilities: Prepare bread, muffins, cakes, cookies, and other baked goods Follow recipes and production schedules to meet daily requirements Ensure food quality, hygiene, and safety standards are maintained Check ingredients and prepare the correct quantities for production Comply with HACCP and food safety procedures Work closely with the kitchen team to support daily operations Requirements Minimum 2 years of relevant baking/pastry experience Skilled in baking techniques in a commercial kitchen Good knowledge of food hygiene and food handling practices Able to work in a multicultural team and fast-paced environment
