Key Responsibilities Engage potential clients to understand their business and IT needs, and present tailored cybersecurity, cloud, compliance, and AI advisory solutions that address operational and business challenges Meet and communicate with SME business owners and managers to understand their technology and business needs Conduct consultative discovery sessions to identify gaps in cybersecurity, PDPA compliance, cloud adoption, and AI readiness Collaborate with internal technical and project teams to develop and deliver compelling sales proposals aligned with client objectives and compliance requirements Effectively communicate the value of AsiaCloud’s managed IT services, technology partnerships, and MSP 2.0 solutions Build and maintain long-term customer relationships through responsive support and ongoing technology guidance Follow up on leads, proposals, and client enquiries in a timely and professional manner Maintain accurate records of sales activities, opportunities, and pipeline updates in CRM systems Monitor market trends, cybersecurity developments, and competitor offerings to identify new business opportunities and contribute to the company’s MSP 2.0 growth strategy Participate in networking events, webinars, marketing campaigns, and client meetings to generate new opportunities Achieve individual and team sales targets while contributing to overall business growth What We’re Looking For 0–2 years of experience in sales; B2B sales experience preferred but not mandatory Candidates with experience in insurance, financial services, or consultative sales are welcome to apply Strong interest in technology, cybersecurity, cloud solutions, or AI services Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills Willingness to learn and grow in consultative solution selling Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented Diploma or Degree in Business, IT, Marketing, or related disciplines preferred Exposure to Microsoft 365, Sophos, cybersecurity solutions, or AI SaaS platforms will be an advantage but is not required What We Offer Competitive base salary with attractive uncapped commission structure Opportunity to be part of a fast-growing technology company driving next-generation MSP services Exposure to high-growth areas including Cybersecurity, Cloud, Compliance, and AI solutions Structured training, mentorship, and hands-on learning opportunities Career progression opportunities into senior sales and leadership roles as the company grows Collaborative and dynamic working environment with direct exposure to business strategy and innovation **Only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
