Job Summary The primary purpose of the Therapy Assistant is to support our Oncology team in the daily operations of the department. Key Responsibilities: Assist the team in preparing treatment rooms, immobilization devices, and treatment accessories Support patient preparation, movement, and escort within the department Maintain cleanliness, tidiness, and readiness of treatment areas and equipment Assist with stock replenishment, basic documentation, and departmental coordination Provide general operational support to ensure smooth day-to-day workflow Carry out ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Manager Requirements: Relevant qualification in healthcare support or a related field Prior experience in a hospital, clinic, or oncology setting is an advantage Good communication and interpersonal skills Caring, responsible, and able to work well in a team Comfortable working in a fast-paced clinical environment This role is ideal for candidates who are interested in supporting patient care and working closely with oncology team in a clinical setting.
